| Design a landscape for your
property and review plant varieties used in the landscape. This interactive
course will help you create your landscape with information about designing,
and specific trees, shrubs, perennials and annuals. The class will cover
various aspects of horticulture. Field trips will be included. A
comprehensive manual prepared by the instructor, Charles Wentz, is $15 and
is to be paid to instructor on first evening of class.

| This A to Z course in gardening
covers soils and fertilizers; pruning; recognizing and controlling diseases
and insects; watering and mulching; and bulbs and perennials. You will
learn to design and maintain gardens, how to select the best plants for
various situations. The instructor will share problem solving tips. A
field trip will be planned to tour Bill’s Holly Farm and a perennial garden. Fee $70 |
